Hospitality as the Gulf knows it
At Al Wadi Arabian Hospitality we serve hospitality in its truest form: a dallah poured with grace, a cup handed with the right hand, and dates and sweets arranged with care on a table befitting the occasion. We believe the first thing a guest remembers is the warmth of the welcome, so we turn every service into a refined moment — never an ordinary routine.
We serve all kinds of occasions across the Kingdom of Bahrain — from weddings, graduations and mourning majlis, to conferences, exhibitions, project openings and heritage and cultural events. We have been honored to present Arabian hospitality at receptions for dignitaries and international delegations, and in welcoming guests of the cruise ships visiting the kingdom.

Clear terms before you book
- Booking date: Please book and confirm the date at least 48 hours before the event.

- Cancellation & rescheduling: [Fill from "Al Wadi Settings"] — The event can also be rescheduled and the amount paid applied to the new date.
- What the price includes: The package includes only the items listed in it; any additional items are priced separately.

How far in advance should I book?
Please book and confirm the date at least 48 hours before the event. During peak seasons — such as Ramadan, holidays and wedding season — we recommend booking early to secure your date.
Do you serve all areas of Bahrain?
Yes. We serve Manama, Muharraq, Riffa, Isa Town and Sitra, as well as all other areas of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
How many staff members do you provide?
It varies by package — from 4 to 6 people in the advertised packages, and the number can be increased based on the guest count and the nature of the occasion by prior agreement.
Does the price include photography?
Photography is included in Package 5 and Package 6. It can be added to any other package as a standalone service on request.
How do I confirm my booking?
Once the package and date are agreed, the booking is confirmed by paying an advance amount [Fill from "Al Wadi Settings"].
What is your cancellation policy?

Do you serve exhibitions, conferences and government bodies?

How long is the service on site?
